Finishline Tax solution
Finish Line Tax Solutions is an AI-powered sales and operations platform built for a tax-resolution firm that handles a high volume of inbound calls from people with IRS and state tax problems. The goal of the project was to introduce an AI sales representative that could answer calls, qualify leads, collect case details, and prepare follow-ups while integrating everything into the company’s existing CRM, IRS Logics, so that human teams could complete payments and deliver resolution services without losing context or control.
Redesign

Loytag
LOYTAG is a guest-experience platform for hotels and Airbnbs that replaces front-desk calls and paper instructions with instant digital access. Guests scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag inside their room to get Wi-Fi details, request services, or ask questions through a simple conversational interface. Hosts, Managers, and Admins each have their own tools to manage properties, daily operations, and the overall system.

TotalClaim
TotalClaim is a platform that helps everyday people find out if they were mis-sold loans or charged hidden commissions. A person fills out a simple form, and the system checks their credit history to see if any of their past loans qualify for a legal claim. If something looks wrong, TotalClaim turns that information into a case that can be sent to the bank.Behind the scenes, it’s a smart automation system that reads credit reports, pulls out loan agreements, and turns them into real legal claims that staff can work on and lenders can respond to
