LOYTAG is a guest-experience platform for hotels and Airbnbs that replaces front-desk calls and paper instructions with instant digital access. Guests scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag inside their room to get Wi-Fi details, request services, or ask questions through a simple conversational interface. Hosts, Managers, and Admins each have their own tools to manage properties, daily operations, and the overall system.

The hard part wasn’t designing screens it was connecting physical rooms to a digital system that actually works in real life. NFC tags, QR codes, guest behavior, and staff workflows all had to line up without breaking. On top of that, the platform needed three different user types to work together without stepping on each other’s responsibilities. Because LOYTAG was a new product, most of these workflows had to be designed from scratch.

I designed the entire product experience, defining how guests, hosts, managers, and admins interact with the system across multiple properties.I mapped how a guest moves from entering a room to getting what they need, then built role based dashboards so each team only saw what mattered to them. I designed the scan to access flow, the manager tools for daily operations, and fallback paths for when things go wrong, like failed scans or missing information
