The main challenge was that Finish Line’s sales process was entirely human driven and difficult to scale. Tax analysts had to manage calls, qualification, data entry, payments, and follow-ups manually, which led to inconsistent information, limited visibility for managers, and slow response times. Introducing AI added new complexity, because the system needed to capture sensitive data, create tasks, sync with the CRM, and support manual payment handling without creating compliance or operational risks.

My role was to design the full product experience for this AI driven sales platform. I was responsible for translating Finish Line’s real-world call flow and CRM operations into a role-based digital system that connected the AI voice agent, human managers, and IRS Logics into one clear workflow. I mapped the complete journey from an inbound call to a qualified lead and finally to a manual payment handled by a human agent, then designed the dashboards, call logs, call detail views, task system, payment-intent tracking, and knowledge base to support that flow. I made sure every call produced transcripts, summaries, and insights, every follow-up became a task in the CRM, and managers could see system health, AI performance, and operational status in real time, all while keeping payments and compliance safely under human control.
