Most productivity tools try to do everything at once goals, tasks, calendars, notes, priorities, and reminders all in one place. This creates clutter, constant decision-making, and mental fatigue. Users often couldn’t tell what they should focus on right now, and the system made them manage complexity instead of reducing it.

Users often couldn’t tell what they should focus on right now, and the system made them manage complexity instead of reducing it.I mapped how goals become projects and how projects become tasks, then designed a simple hierarchy that keeps direction, organization, and action separate. I created a priority model where only tasks compete for attention, built a Today view that surfaces what matters most, and designed supporting screens like Ideas and Calendar to capture thinking and manage time without adding pressure.
